Source and licenses

Release PUB-01-1: complete corresponding source for footer/source-page/privacy/terms and the current50,000,000-byte browser repair program; unchanged capacity-native engine. Project-authored program GPL-3.0-or-later; third-party code/assets retain original licenses. User models and repaired geometry are not automatically GPL. Source is available without charge or account.
